1. 這份條款的效力

Tripseki 旅跡（以下稱「Tripseki」或「我們」）由個人開發者 eederhsu 提供，包含 iOS app 與網頁版 tripseki.com。登入或使用 Tripseki，就表示你同意這份條款和隱私權政策。不同意的話，請不要使用。

你必須年滿 13 歲，並且有能力對自己使用的帳號負責。

2. 這個服務是什麼

Tripseki 幫你把一趟旅程的行程、訂位、花費、待辦與文件放在同一個地方，並可以跟同行的人共享。部分功能會用到第三方服務：AI 解析、即時航班狀態、轉寄信收件、推播通知。哪些資料會交給誰，寫在隱私權政策第 4 節。

Tripseki 目前免費。若未來有付費功能，會在啟用前另行說明並取得你的同意。

3. 你的內容

• 你放進 Tripseki 的一切（行程、文件、照片、筆記、對話）都是你的。我們不主張任何所有權。
• 為了讓服務運作——儲存、顯示給你和你邀請的成員、解析、備份——你授權我們處理這些內容。這個授權只到這裡，不包括廣告或訓練模型（見隱私權政策第 3 節）。
• 你要為自己上傳的內容負責：確定你有權放進來，也想清楚要不要分享給旅程成員。
• 刪掉內容或刪掉帳號後，我們就不再保留它（隱私權政策第 6、7 節）。

4. 共享旅程

把某人加進旅程，就是把整個旅程給對方看（隱私權政策第 5 節）。編輯者可以修改內容；擁有者可以移除成員或刪除整個旅程。若你刪除帳號而旅程還有其他成員，旅程會移交給其中一位，不會消失。你和旅程成員之間的爭議，請自行解決；我們不仲裁。

5. 不能做的事

• 用 Tripseki 做任何違法的事，或存放違法內容；
• 試圖存取不屬於你、也沒有被邀請的旅程或帳號；
• 把別人的專屬轉寄地址拿來塞信，或拿自己的地址轉寄垃圾郵件與惡意附件；
• 騷擾、冒充或欺騙其他成員；
• 大量自動化存取、爬取、逆向工程，或故意讓服務對別人變慢變爛；
• 透過 Tripseki 濫用第三方服務（例如刻意灌爆 AI 或航班查詢）。

6. 照現狀提供，且不保證正確

Tripseki 是個人維護的服務，依現狀（as is）與現有功能提供，不保證不中斷、無錯誤、資料永不遺失。具體來說：

• 航班狀態來自第三方資料，可能延遲、遺漏或錯誤。登機門、航廈、起飛時間請以航空公司與機場公告為準。
• AI 解析與助理會出錯：日期、航班號碼、訂位代號都可能被讀錯。每一筆匯入都需要你確認，出發前請對照原始確認信。
• 匯率是每日公開參考值，不是任何銀行或發卡機構實際採用的匯率。
• 推播依賴 Apple 與網路狀況，可能延遲或未送達。不要把它當作唯一的提醒。

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對因使用或無法使用 Tripseki 造成的任何損失——包括錯過航班、訂位失效、資料遺失——不負賠償責任。這不是免責的藉口，而是一個實話：請對重要的東西留自己的備份。

7. 帳號終止

• 你可以隨時離開：「我」→「刪除帳號」會立即刪除帳號與資料（隱私權政策第 7 節）。
• 我們可能停用違反第 5 節的帳號，或在收到合法要求時停用帳號。可能的話會先通知；情節重大則不一定。
• 服務可能結束：這是個人專案。若要停止提供，我們會盡力提前至少 30 天在 app 內公告，讓你有時間把資料拿出來。

8. 關於 Tripseki 本身

Tripseki 的名稱、介面與程式碼屬於開發者。這份條款只允許你依其用途使用 app，不會給你這些東西的其他權利。

9. 條款變更

條款可能隨功能修改，並更新頁首的生效日期。影響你權利的重大變更會在 app 內提示；變更後繼續使用即表示接受。需要舊版本的話，寫信給我們就會提供。

10. 準據法

這份條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法，因本條款產生的爭議以台灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。若你所在地的強制性消費者保護法規給你更多保障，該法規優先適用。

Terms of Service

This is the English version of the terms above. The two say the same thing; if they ever differ, the Traditional Chinese text is the one we maintain first.

1. Agreeing to these terms

Tripseki 旅跡 ("Tripseki", "we") is provided by the individual developer eederhsu as an iOS app and on the web at tripseki.com. By signing in or using Tripseki you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You must be at least 13 years old and able to take responsibility for the account you use.

2. What the service is

Tripseki keeps a trip's itinerary, bookings, expenses, to-dos and documents in one place and lets you share it with the people travelling with you. Some features rely on third-party services: AI parsing, live flight status, inbound email and push notifications. What each of them receives is set out in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

Tripseki is currently free. If paid features are ever introduced, we will explain them and ask for your consent before they apply.

3. Your content

• Everything you put into Tripseki — itineraries, documents, photos, notes, conversations — is yours. We claim no ownership.
• To make the service work — storing, showing it to you and the members you invite, parsing, backing up — you grant us permission to process that content. The permission stops there; it does not cover advertising or model training (Privacy Policy, section 3).
• You are responsible for what you upload: make sure you have the right to put it there, and think about whether to share it with trip members.
• Once you delete content or your account we no longer keep it (Privacy Policy, sections 6 and 7).

4. Shared trips

Adding someone to a trip shows them the whole trip (Privacy Policy, section 5). Editors can change content; the owner can remove members or delete the trip. If you delete your account while a trip still has other members, the trip is handed to one of them rather than deleted. Disputes between you and your trip members are yours to settle; we do not arbitrate.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

• use Tripseki for anything unlawful, or store unlawful content;
• try to access trips or accounts that are not yours and that you were not invited to;
• send mail to someone else's forwarding address, or use your own to forward spam or malicious attachments;
• harass, impersonate or deceive other members;
• scrape, bulk-automate, reverse-engineer, or deliberately degrade the service for others;
• abuse the third-party services behind Tripseki (for example, flooding the AI or flight lookups).

6. Provided as is, accuracy not guaranteed

Tripseki is a service maintained by one person and is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. In particular:

• Flight status comes from third-party data and may be late, missing or wrong. Trust the airline and airport for gates, terminals and departure times.
• AI parsing and the assistant make mistakes: dates, flight numbers and confirmation codes can be misread. Every import needs your confirmation; check against the original booking email before you travel.
• Exchange rates are a daily public reference, not the rate any bank or card issuer actually applies.
• Push notifications depend on Apple and on network conditions and may be delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on them as your only reminder.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use Tripseki — including missed flights, lapsed bookings or lost data. This is not an excuse; it is an honest statement: keep your own copy of anything that matters.

7. Ending your account

• You can leave at any time: Me → Delete account removes your account and data immediately (Privacy Policy, section 7).
• We may suspend an account that breaks section 5, or when a lawful request requires it. We will try to notify you first; for serious cases we may not.
• The service may end: this is a personal project. If we stop providing it, we will do our best to give at least 30 days' notice in the app so you can take your data out.

8. About Tripseki itself

The Tripseki name, interface and code belong to the developer. These terms let you use the app for its intended purpose and grant no further rights to any of it.

9. Changes to these terms

The terms may change as the app does, with the effective date at the top updated. A material change to your rights will be announced in the app; continuing to use Tripseki after a change means you accept it. Earlier versions are available on request by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for disputes arising from them. If mandatory consumer-protection law where you live gives you more protection, that law prevails.
